🌙 Ramadan Kareem
"The month of Ramadan is that in which was revealed the Quran, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion." — Surah Al-Baqarah 2:185
💡 Daily Ramadan Tips
💧
Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water between Iftar and Suhoor. Aim for 8 glasses. Avoid excessive caffeine — it dehydrates you during the fast.
🥗
Balanced Iftar
Break your fast with dates and water, then eat a balanced meal. Avoid overeating — the Prophet (PBUH) said: "The son of Adam fills no vessel worse than his stomach."
😴
Sleep Schedule
Take a short nap (Qailulah) in the afternoon if possible. The Prophet (PBUH) recommended this. It helps maintain energy for Taraweeh prayers.
📖
Read Quran Daily
Set a realistic daily Quran goal. Even 1 page per prayer = 5 pages/day = 1 Juz in 6 days. The Quran was revealed in Ramadan — honor it.
🤲
Increase Duas & Dhikr
The Prophet (PBUH) said the dua of a fasting person is not rejected. Make abundant dua especially before Iftar. Repeat: "Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul-'afwa fa'fu 'anni"
💝
Give Sadaqah Daily
Even a smile is charity. The Prophet (PBUH) was the most generous in Ramadan. Give what you can — food, money, time, or kind words.
💰 Zakat al-Fitr Calculator
Zakat al-Fitr is due before Eid prayer for every household member.

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illallah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, wa lillahil-hamd
"Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. There is no god but Allah. Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, and all praise is for Allah."
🕌 I'tikaf (Spiritual Retreat)
What is I'tikaf?
I'tikaf is the practice of secluding oneself in the mosque for worship, especially during the last 10 days of Ramadan. The Prophet (PBUH) practiced this every Ramadan.
Rules: Stay in the mosque, focus on Quran and prayer, minimize worldly talk, no leaving except for necessity (bathroom, wudu, food if unavailable in mosque).
Best time: Last 10 nights of Ramadan — to seek Laylat al-Qadr.
For women: Can be done at home in a designated prayer space if mosque access isn't available.
